In accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-5609 of January 3, 2019, an effective model of state regulation and integrated development management of the Jizzakh region, “Advanced Area” is being developed. Special attention in this model is given to the development of transport and logistics conditions in the Jizzakh region.

In February 2019, with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation, the First Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Federation of Agrarian Affairs of the Russian Federation was achieved during negotiations with Sergei Lisovsky on food policy and nature management.

The basis for the implementation of a joint investment project for the construction of a modern agrology complex in the Jizzakh region was laid by the Agreement on joint activities of September 4, 2019 between BMB TRADE GROUP and NATIONAL RESERVE CORPORATION.

In October 2019, the Uzbek-Russian joint venture BMB-NRC AGROLOGISTICS was registered in Sharaf Rashidov district of the Jizzakh region.

On December 23, 2019, a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 1027 “On measures to create a modern agrology complex in the Jizzakh region” was adopted.

In accordance with the decree, the project implementation period is 2019-2024.

40 hectares of land named after the Farmers' Union have been allocated from H. Olimjon, Sh. Rashidov district, Jizzakh region, for the construction of an agrological complex and placement of production facilities.

The location of the facility near the transport hub M39 with convenient connections within the republic, as well as to neighboring Tajikistan, Kazakhstan and further to the Russian Federation will allow only at the first stages, more than 350 trucks per day will pass through the Agro-logistics Center.

The agrology complex will consist of three modules. Each individual module, at full capacity, has a total throughput of up to 270 thousand tons of agricultural products per year. The total capacity of the product turnover of all planned modules will be up to 810 thousand tons per year.

Implementation of the project for a total amount of more than 50 million US dollars will provide the local population with more than a 1500 jobs, including 430 on an ongoing basis, which will give an additional impetus to the development of the region.

The main activities of BMB-NRC AGROLOGISTICS JV are:
- creation of refrigerators with a capacity of 10 thousand tons and free warehouses, as well as the installation of equipment for shock freezing, processing, calibration, sorting, packaging and drying of fruits and vegetables by attracting foreign direct investment;
- procurement of fruits and vegetables and other agricultural products, as well as customs, banking, logistics, express laboratories, phytosanitary, veterinary, sanitary-epidemiological, certification and other services on the basis of the "single window" principle export of products to the Federation and other foreign countries;
- the organization of primary and deep processing, as well as the procurement of agricultural products and the production of competitive products by attracting foreign direct investment from international financial institutions and other sources;
- cargo transportation, which will increase the transport and logistics potential of not only the region, but also the republic.

A branch of “Rosselkhoznadzor” will operate on the territory of the complex, as well as preferential, specialized tariffs and a “green corridor” regime that will provide exclusive simplified conditions for customs and other clearance of direct deliveries of agricultural products of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation through the Agro-logistics complex.
